Terms and Conditions for Pint of Potential - Online Life Coaching Business Effective Date: January 21, 2024 1.Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by Pint of Potential, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. 2.Services Overview Pint of Potential offers online life coaching services aimed at supporting personal growth and development. Sessions may be conducted through various online platforms agreed upon by the coach and the client after the initial Consultation phone call. 3.Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during sessions. It is the client’s responsibility to create a conducive and distraction-free environment for effective coaching. Our calls are a judgement free and safe zone. Be truthful for where you are at with your goals, therefore the program you choose to decide will be that much more impactful. If for whatever reason, you need to reschedule or cancel a meeting, please send me an email at least 10 minutes before the scheduled call. 4.Payment and Fees Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for coaching services. Payment details and schedules will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of coaching sessions. The client must sign a Payment and Fee's Agreement before sessions begin. 5.Cancellation and Rescheduling Like mentioned earlier, clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice. Pint of Potential reserves the right to charge a fee for cancellations made within a specified period. 6.Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. Pint of Potential will not disclose client information without explicit consent, except where required by law. 7.Intellectual Property All materials, including but not limited to coaching materials, resources, and content provided by Pint of Potential, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Pint of Potential. 8.Code of Conduct Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during coaching sessions, however the calls will lean more towards casual for the clients comfort. Pint of Potential reserves the right to terminate services if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful. 9.Limitation of Liability Pint of Potential is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific coaching services. 10.Termination of Services Pint of Potential reserves the right to terminate coaching services for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with payment obligations. 11.Modification of Terms Pint of Potential may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Refund Policy

Please be aware that we have a strict no-refund policy. 2.Exception for 50% Refund In certain cases, the owner may, at their discretion, consider issuing a 50% refund on a case-by-case basis. This exception is not guaranteed and will be assessed based on the unique circumstances presented. 3.Requesting a Refund To request a refund, please contact the owner directly at chandisepinter@gmail.com. Provide detailed information about your situation, reasons for the request, and any supporting documentation. 4.Refund Processing If a 50% refund is approved, it will be processed in a timely manner.
