have you ever felt like you're unfulfilled, like the typical 9-5 doesn't really do the trick for you? you're stuck, going through the motions, every, single, day.
wake up, brush your teeth, take the dog out, take a shower, eat breakfast (maybe?), get dressed, go to work, fry your brain, go home, scroll for miles, go to bed...... wake up, repeat?
or like you're stuck in your own cycle? you keep running into the same issues, over and over and over again?
or that you feel like you have the same exact life as everyone around you and life feels like this huge scam and video game simulation, and you just feel like a made-up character for someone else's story?
please, keep reading.
the answer is within your own actions.
let's visit reality:
you won't get that bikini bod by eating ice cream every night.
you will never receive motivation for the things you don't want to do.
you're not going to become the smartest person ever by playing video games every night.
you're not going to become mike mentzer just from watching his workouts on youtube.
you're not going to find confidence in yourself if you're picking yourself apart everytime you look into a mirror
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, you're not going to achieve your goals if you keep telling yourself that you won't.
the truth is, your success reflects your actions and your actions reflect your thoughts.
if your actions are filled with the same thing every single day, your outcome will be the same every single day. if you do the same things your friends do, it's going to feel like you are living the same lives because you're literally living the same, you're making the same decisions and doing the same actions!!
it's think about it thursday, so here's what i want you to think about until next thursday comes, what can i do differently today to put myself one step closer to where i want to be in life?
develop your answer and do it. do not make a single excuse for yourself, because again, you know those other goals you set? and then you made an excuse for those? you never achieved them, and honestly, im sick of hearing everyones depressing stories, i want to start hearing everyone brag about their wins.
so get out of bed, or get off your toilet, wherever you're reading this at, and do the friggin thing. no excuses. not a single one.
no negative thoughts today. you're doing the damn thing. it's friday eve. you have plenty of things to be grateful for. there's people who love you. people care about you. people believe in you, you just need to believe in yourself.
your choices could lead to your own intervention,
after all,
it may just lead you to your true intention.
and FYI,
i just wanted to tell you,
that i believe in you.
you can achieve great things.
your dreams can become a reality.
and you will do what it takes to achieve your goals.
